Thank you for your interest in Kings Lynn Capri Club.

 

·        We are a group of like-minded Capri nuts who enjoy getting together to share our enthusiasm for ‘The Car You Always Promised Yourself’.

·        We have about 45 members in total, owning about 25 Capris between them. Most of the cars are Mk3’s with just a couple of Mk1’s and 2’s.

·        We meet on the second Monday of every month at The Crown public house in Gayton. The meetings are very informal, starting at 8 p.m. As it is a weekday we tend to get about a dozen or so people attending and usually disperse about 10 p.m.

·        We attend about 15 events each year, including classic car shows, country shows and village carnivals. Some of these are two-day shows, which we can camp at, with a BBQ and a few drinks in the evening.

·        We don’t take ourselves too seriously when it comes to showing our cars. Any Capri is welcome on our stand whether it’s a daily hack or a show condition example. (All we ask is that you give it a wash!)

·        Membership of KLCC will give you many benefits, such as: - a monthly newsletter, free entry to many events, a ready source of second-hand spares and as much free help and advice as you need.

·        We aren’t out to rob anyone so we always suggest that you take a couple of months to see what you think of us. After that you can decide whether to become a member or not. (Full details of membership types and costs are printed in the newsletter)
